Cupra Ateca

With the CUPRA Ateca, Seat presents the first vehicle of its new brand. With 300 HP (221 kW) and 400 Nm as standard, the sporty SUV is not exactly underpowered. Despite its higher weight than an SUV, only 5.2 seconds elapse during a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h and the top speed is 245 km/h. The SUV is equipped with a sporty engine with a power output of 221 kW. 

But there is even more to it: Accordingly we have added another 50 HP (36 kW). Now the power pack has 350 HP (257 kW) at its disposal. And the torque curve is also impressive: Between 2000 and 5200 U/in, an enormous 440 Nm are available.
For such concentrated power, the starting position should also be considered. ABT suspension springs ensure that the SUV keeps to the track as precisely as only the Spanish high-speed trains can.

Even more impressive than the top speed, however, is the acceleration, which moves in regions where only thoroughbred sports cars were at home some time ago. With our Power Upgrade we shorten the standard sprint from 0 to 100 km/h by two tenths, so that the data sheet now contains a smooth 5.0 seconds.

Anyone who gets off to such a good start naturally also needs new shoes: the CUPRA Ateca ABT therefore still has 20-inch wheels of the ABT SPORT GR type. The design features are the ten spokes that fork towards the rim flange, the recessed hub area and the strongly concave rim base. After all, this SUV should also be recognisable from the outside at all times.
