ABT aerodynamics, wheels and power upgrade for the 2021+ Q5 and SQ5 SUV

Being a sporty, luxurious SUV the 2021/2022 Audi SQ5 is predestined for an ABT makeover with more power, aerodynamic upgrades and wheels. From the factory the SQ5 already delivers a powerful 349 HP and 369 lb-ft of torque, but with ABT it can even be more.

The ABT Power S raises the output of the 3.0-liter V6 of up to approximately 419 HP and 405 lb-ft. The high-tech engine control unit AEC (ABT Engine Control) is consistently checking 25 parameters, thus offering optimal performance and engine protection at the same time. The power upgrade is available both for the SQ5 SUV and Sportback.

Exclusively for the SUV body style the world’s largest provider of automotive aftermarket and performance parts for Audi and VW is offering the ABT rear wing and ABTrear skirt set. The set replaces the factory rear skirt with an ABT bumper, and two carbon fiber double exhaust covers for a more visually striking back side. The ABT rear skirt set is suitable not only for the SQ5 but for the Q5 and Q5 Plug-in hybrid as well.

A more dynamic appearance is further achieved by ABT height adjustable suspension springs. The SQ5 and Q5 SUV and Sportback can be lowered between 1.37 and 2.36 inches (35 and 60 mm) on both axles while the Q5 Plug-in hybrid can be brought lower to the ground by between 0.59 and 1.57 inches (15 and 40 mm). Especially for SUVs with their higher center of gravity an upgrade of this kind guarantees an improved road handling.

Together with the 21-inch ABT Sport HR glossy black alloy wheels the Q5 or SQ5 looks even better. Thanks to their stability and perfectly balanced weight, the rims also contribute to the agile and comfortable driving experience. Want a smaller size wheel? How about the elegant ABT GR in 20” in either Glossy Black or Matt Black. The upgrades are topped off by ABT integrated entry lights, which projects the ABT logo onto the asphalt and a carbon fiber shift knob cover.
