2021 Audi RS Q8 gets ABT power upgrade of up to 690 HP & 649 lb-ft

Despite its 5,490 lbs. curb weight the Audi RS Q8 is no sluggish SUV but a fast and agile sports car. Powered by a 4.0-liter TFSI twin turbocharged V8 with 591 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque it even broke the lap record for SUVs on the Nürburgring Nordschleife last year. But that does not stop ABT from making the RS Q8 even faster!

The ABT Engine Control (AEC) increases the performance of up to 690 HP and 649 lb-ft* and extensive testing on public roads and the dynamometer, a TÜV certification and numerous engine protection measures ensure reliability and everyday usability.

The Audi RS Q8 is a blend of performance and luxury and ABT is adding its signature styles to the mix. High quality interior upgrades from ABT include a carbon fiber shift knob cover (directly available through the Audi of America Accessories website), carbon fiber coated seat panels and dashboard panels.

Of course the world’s largest aftermarket tuning company for products for Audi and VW is also offering the right wheel sets for the Audi RS Q8. There is the popular 10-spoke GR design in glossy black or matt black finish, the flow forming HR Aero rim in dark smoke with a matt black aero disc and the flow forming HR-F rim. All three wheel designs are available in a size of 22 inches. Drivers who prefer a larger rim for the SUV can also select the HR-F in 23 inches.
