The separate ABT Engine Control unit delivers the optimum performance with the highest possible protection by continuously monitoring the speed and load via several sensors (3D mapping). Decades of experience in tuning and motorsports ensure that the ABT power upgrade doesn’t put unnecessary stress on the engine e.g., when the engine is cold, the engine protection has the right of way.
The ABT Power upgrades not only offer more driving pleasure in a safe and reliable way, they also have some beneficial effects: Due to the increased torque it is possible to drive in a higher gear, thus reducing fuel consumption under normal use. There is also no increase in CO2 emissions in relation to 2007/46/EC or 858/2018/EU and their associated standards.
